The lifting mechanism adopts a new type of electric hoist, which has a compact structure and is easy to maintain. It adopts a C-type structure in which the motor and the reel are arranged in parallel. The motor, reducer, reel and lifting limit switch are integrated design. All the main transmission parts are exposed for easy installation and maintenance. The shell adopts a rod-shaped frame structure, that is, the reducer and the electric control box are connected by a round rod to form the main body of the hoist. The round rod of different length can be replaced to meet the requirements of different roll lengths and different lifting heights. The suspension trolley adopts the side-hanging form of low building height, which is controlled by the inverter.
The electrical connection adopts the international standard heavy-duty aviation plug, and the protection grade is IP65. It has the characteristics of fast plugging and reliable connection.
